Food Journal
- 5:45 a.m. Piece of toast with peanut butter
- 7:15 a.m. Post-workout shake (1/2 scoop).
- 8:30 a.m. 1 egg + egg white scrambled with breakfast sausage and spinach topped with a drizzle of Sriracha
- Noon Ham and Cheese Quinoa bowl plus the leftover cauliflower and roasted potatoes from yesterday.
- 6 p.m. Baked salmon with homemade fried rice, roasted Brussels sprouts and a side salad.
- 8:30 p.m. greek yogurt with fresh berries, a drizzle of homemade chocolate syrup and a sprinkle of sunflower seeds.
