  • 6 am workout:
    Push Press
    10 @ 33 lbs
    10 @ 63 lbs
    5 @ 78 lbs
    5 @ 93 lbs
    5 @ 98 lbs
    4 @ 108 lbs
    3 @ 113 lbs <– only did 2
    2 @ 118 lbs  <– failed on second 1
    I modified today’s workout dropping the weight by 5 lbs and doing bent over rows instead of pull-ups
    15 Thrusters @ 75 lbs
    15 Bent Rows @ 75 lbs
    12 Thrusters @ 75 lbs
    12 Bent Rows @ 75 lbs
    9 Thrusters @ 75 lbs
    9 Bent Rows @ 75 lbs
    Then I ran 400 meters with a few of the guys and planked for 1:15 on each side and center.
  • 12:30 p.m. 1 mile walk with The Husband at lunch — his idea!
