All day I felt pretty blah but I put myself on autopilot and actually ended up getting a lot accomplished.
It all started pretty slow. Just hanging out with the boys and our “electronics.”
Breakfast was some experimental avocado waffles and melon.
They were good but need some work before I share.
For months I’ve been wanted to organize the boys clothes as it’s gotten a little out of hand. Today we decided it was time.
The boys played nice while we picked through pile after pile.
It was insane!
We broke for lunch which was a mish mosh of leftovers and such.
Then right back at it.
Again the boys played so nice! I love how they interact now.
We finally finished and moved to the cars. It was warm enough out to let the boys put on their bathing suits and play with the hose.
With the cars clean I added my new clings! Both of which I’ll be giving away at this year’s FitBloggin‘.
Afterwards we headed to the grocery story as a family and I even remembered our reusable bags!
Dinner was BBQ chicken on the grill.
The boys are (when not being painfully annoying) becoming awesome little helpers! Ryan really wanted to eat outside so he cleaned the table. Evan didn’t want to be left out so he cleaned the window.
After dinner we made smores. The Husband and I split one.
It was the perfect sweet ending to a perfect day even though I was feeling unproductive.
Once the kids went to bed I ran/walked a mile to keep up my #milestreak and now I’m all about Game of Thrones.
Hope you had a great weekend!
