Note to Self…

Yes, today sucked but you took a deep breath, made the best of it and spent time with your boys.

You needed that. Tomorrow will be better. Just keep doing what you can when you can.

Food Journal

  • 7:15 a.m. Post-workout shake (1 scoop).
  • 8:30 a.m. The Ultimate Breakfast Avocado Toast!
  • 11:30 a.m. Homemade Chocolate Muffin — Trying to get the recipe up but it’s not happening! Ugh
  • 1:30 p.m. Tuna and Salmon Sashimi with a California Roll, side salad and a hot and sour soup
  • 6:30 p.m. Split a veggie delight with added Tuna steak with the 4-Year-Old. He ate most most the noodles and rice and we brought half home. Those Japanese steak house meals are HUGE!
  • 8:30 p.m. Stopped for frozen yogurt on the way home. I had Mango and Mint topped with a little almonds, coconut, blueberries, strawberries and dark chocolate chips — SO GOOD!

  • 6 a.m. 1k row for warm up.

    10 @ 103 lbs

    Workout was:
    3 Strict pull ups
    10 Wall Ball at 14 lbs
    40 Double Unders
    I did 4 rounds in 10 minutes as prescribed!
  • 9 a.m. 2 mile walk to Evan’s School

Misc

  • Everything sucked – going to bed to start fresh in the morning.
