- 7:15 a.m. Post-workout Recover Shake (1 scoop)
- 8:30 a.m. THIS AMAZING SANDWICH! Recipe finished for the California Avocado Commission. Will go up on GreenLiteBites next week!
- 12:30 p.m. Rainbow roll, green salad and spring roll at this place after my 1 mile run for #milestreak
- 3:15 p.m. crackers and sunbutter
- 6:30 p.m Friday night feast – steak, broccoli, Jack Daniel’s marinated mushrooms and corn on the cob.
- 9ish p.m. Popcorn and cheese and crackers with the kids while watching the latest Hobbit movie.
