- 8 a.m. apple with sunflower seed butter
- 10:45 a.m. Post-workout shake (1 scoop).
- Noon Spinach Salad with leftover chicken, black beans, 1/2 avocado, cheddar and salsa
- 2:45 p.m. frozen yogurt with lots of fruit and a few slivered almonds
- 6:30 p.m. Dinner was grilled wings, corn on the cob and parmesan broccoli salad
- 7 p.m. beet juice to take my supplements — Natalie’s is thinking of sponsoring FitBloggin and they sent me sample. WOW amazing stuff!

Today’s workout was Bull in honor of Memorial Day. I split it with a friend and basically did half scaled which was this twice:
100 Double Unders (I had an unbroken stretch of 60!!)
25 Overhead Squats at 45 (I went light, I wasn’t feeling them)
25 Pull Ups — I struggled though and practiced kipping
1 mile run - 12:30 p.m.River walk with Ryan. We went about a half mile and then walked back on the trail.
